The Riverbank is a new exciting bar bistro in Bideford, (formally known as The Swan Inn) serving a mouth watering selection of freshly prepared dishes using the finest meats, seafood, fruit and vegetables sourced locally wherever possible. We are located just across the bridge from Bideford town centre, adjacent to the river with ample parking just 200 metres away.

If you’re looking for an ideal place in Bideford to meet friends or work colleagues, our refreshingly refurbished restaurant should meet your needs for either a light snack at lunchtime or a more substantial meal by candlelight at dinner.

Our team of Chefs create daily specials in addition to our extensive menu, liaising with our local suppliers to offer seasonal dishes for all budgets and tastes. We cater for special dietary requirements including gluten free, vegetarian and nut allergies.
